By using Leedang Photography Ltd you accept that you are legally bound by the following terms. Please review terms regularly in order to be aware of any changes made.

1.     All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and may be subject to change.

2.     If orders are cancelled at short notice or the photographer is already on site, a £30 fee will be charged and a reshoot may be arranged at a standard cost.

3.     If the photographer arrives on site and is unable to gain access or the property is not photographable for whatever reason, a fee £30 will be charged.

4.     All photos will be emailed in JPEG formats within 24 working hours of visiting the property.

5.     All floor plans will be emailed in PDF and JPEG formats within 48 working hours of visiting the property.

6.     Leedang Photography Ltd will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of floor plans, however all measurements are considered approximate and Leedang Photography Ltd will take no responsibility for any error or mis-statement. Floor plans are for illustrative purposes only and should be treated as such by any prospective purchaser. Garden measurements will be shown in length and width only.

7.     Payments must be made within 30 days of the invoice issued. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days period. Leedang photography Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at the rate prescribed by the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (Interest) Act 1998 from the date payment was due until the date payment is made.

8.     Leedang Photography Ltd will archive images for a period of 12 months.

9.     Leedang Photography Ltd shall exclusively own all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to all visual material and resources.
